For selected luxury or premium watch models, additional preparation time may be required before dispatch. Customers will be informed if there is any expected delay.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method available at checkout. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, customs checks, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Incorrect Address

Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, because luxury watches are delicate, premium products, all returns and exchanges are subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The watch is unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • The product has no scratches, damage, marks, or signs of wear.

  • All original packaging, tags, manuals, warranty cards, boxes, and accessories are included.

  • The product has not been resized, adjusted, engraved, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Watches that have been worn, used, scratched, damaged, resized, or altered.

  • Products without original packaging or accessories.

  • Custom, special-order, limited-edition, or made-to-order watches.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, water exposure, accidental damage, or improper handling.

  • Products returned after the return period has expired.

Damaged or Incorrect Item

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

After review, we may offer a replacement, exchange, repair, or refund depending on the issue.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged due to our error.

We recommend using a tracked and secure delivery service when returning any item. Chiragh & Sons is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged during transit.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the refund.
